The process
Share your idea via WhatsApp — a sketch, a photo reference, or just a description. One of our craftsmen responds within 24 hours with questions and a rough feasibility assessment.
We work with you to finalise dimensions, wood grain direction, finish choice, and joinery details. For complex pieces, we create a technical drawing for your approval.
Arun, our timber specialist, selects planks specifically for your piece — matching grain pattern, width, and oil density to your requirements. Photos are shared for approval.
Your piece is built by one of our senior craftsmen. For significant commissions, we send progress photos at key stages: joinery complete, rough-shaped, and before finishing.
Three to five coats of natural teak oil, sanded between each. Krishnan personally inspects the finished piece before it is approved for delivery.
Free pan-India delivery with in-home placement and assembly. A 25-year structural warranty certificate is delivered with the piece.
