Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include 18% GST. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error, with full refund to the original payment method.

Custom pieces require a 50% advance payment before production begins. Lead times are communicated at order confirmation. Cancellation of custom orders after production has started is not accepted.

We offer free white-glove delivery across India for all orders. Standard delivery takes 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom orders may take 8–16 weeks. We will provide regular production updates via WhatsApp.

Risk of damage transfers to the customer upon delivery and inspection. Please inspect all items before signing the delivery note.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects. Furniture must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

All products carry a 25-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers joinery failure, wood splitting, and hardware defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or failure to follow care instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
