Every Royal Nilambur piece is inspected by our craftsmen before dispatch and photographed at the time of packing. We take extraordinary care in packaging — each item is wrapped in moving blankets, bubble-wrapped at contact points, and secured in a custom crate.
In the rare event something goes wrong, we will make it right — promptly and without argument.

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
We review within 24 hours
Our quality team reviews your submission. For clear transit damage or manufacturing defects, we issue a replacement authorisation immediately.
We collect at no cost
We arrange collection of the original item using our own logistics team at our expense. You do not pay return shipping under any circumstance.
Replacement or refund
You choose: a replacement piece (made and delivered within 4–8 weeks) or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as the piece is made specifically to your specifications.
Exceptions apply for manufacturing defects and transit damage — the same policy above applies.
Changes to custom orders must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation, before materials are allocated.
