Every Royal Nilambur order ships free, anywhere in India, with no minimum order value.

We use specialised furniture logistics partners who handle large, heavy items with the care they deserve.

Our delivery team does not simply drop furniture at your door. They unpack, assemble, place the furniture in your chosen room, remove all packaging, and do a final quality check with you.

This service is included at no extra charge on all orders.

Standard in-stock pieces: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces: 4–8 weeks from order confirmation.

Custom / bespoke orders: 8–16 weeks from confirmed specifications.

Metro cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) are typically faster. Remote areas may add 1–2 weeks.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp update with the logistics partner name, tracking number, and estimated delivery window.

Our support team is available Mon–Sat 10am–7pm to answer any delivery queries.

In the rare event of transit damage, please photograph the damage and refuse the delivery, or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 24 hours at [email protected].

We will arrange a replacement at no cost. We do not ask customers to pay return shipping for damaged items.
