We use two delivery modes depending on the size and nature of the piece. Both are included at no extra cost for orders within South India.
Courier delivery
Smaller pieces
Chairs, coffee tables, side tables, dressing tables, and similar pieces are shipped via our trusted courier partner with full tracking. Doorstep delivery — the piece arrives packaged and ready for you to unpack.

Team delivery
Larger furniture & installations
Dining tables, beds, wardrobes, bookshelves, sofa sets, and any piece requiring assembly are delivered by our own team. We bring the piece into your room, assemble it in place, and remove all packaging before we leave.
In-home delivery · Assembly included · Packaging removed
South India
FreeKerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Both courier and team delivery included at no charge.
Rest of India
Freight charge appliesWe deliver across India via freight partners. Shipping cost depends on destination and order size — WhatsApp us before placing your order and we'll give you an exact quote for your location. We use partners we trust for large furniture and the rate is reasonable.
We send WhatsApp updates at production start, completion, and dispatch. You'll know where your piece is at every stage.
Please inspect your piece before the delivery team leaves.
For team deliveries: check the piece in the room — joints, surfaces, finish. Any issue should be raised on the spot so we can note it on the delivery record.
For courier deliveries: open the packaging while the courier is still present if possible. If external packaging shows damage, photograph it before opening.
Any delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. See our returns and service policy for full details on how we handle it.
