All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include 18% GST. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error, with full refund to the original payment method.
Custom pieces require a 50% advance payment before production begins. Lead times are communicated at order confirmation. Cancellation of custom orders after production has started is not accepted.
We offer free delivery to Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. For all other states, delivery is available — free when consolidated on a scheduled truck route, or at a preferential courier rate otherwise. Contact us before ordering for delivery options to your location. Delivery timelines vary by quantity and complexity — your exact timeline is confirmed once the order is placed. We typically deliver in 4–6 weeks. Regular updates are provided via WhatsApp throughout production.
Risk of damage transfers to the customer upon delivery and inspection. Please inspect all items before signing the delivery note.
All furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. Delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 10-year structural warranty — we repair or replace at no cost.

All products carry a 10-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers joinery failure, wood splitting, and hardware defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or failure to follow care instructions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
